SHIPPING POLICY

Some items may take four to six weeks to ship. If you need your items right away please email hello@carolaspitzer.com in advance of your purchase to make sure we can meet your desire shipping date.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

sales are final, however if your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for some reason, please reach out to us at hello@carolaspitzer.com within 10 days of your items arrival and we'll work towards a solution.
